Is the design made by a person or by AI?
AI creates the design using written designer rules, and an automatic inspector checks it. A member of our team then approves it, or asks for changes, before you see it.
How long does it take?
The AI works in minutes. Team review is usually within a few hours during working hours. Your order page shows the current step.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Every order includes 2 free revisions. Tell us what to change in plain words.
What if I do not like the result?
Our team rejects designs that miss your brief. If we cannot produce a good one, your payment returns as credit on your account.
What files do I receive?
PNG and SVG logo versions, an app icon and, with a brand pack, a PDF brand sheet. Brand Pack Plus adds social graphics.
Do I own the design?
You receive a licence to use your design for your business. AI-assisted artwork can have limited copyright protection in some countries, so we do not promise exclusive legal rights. See the policies below.
How do I pay?
In naira by card or bank transfer through a secure checkout. We confirm each payment directly with the provider.
Can you print and deliver?
Yes. Choose business cards, flyers, T-shirts or mugs. We send print-ready files to a partner printer and book a courier.
Which cities do you deliver to?
Ibadan, Osogbo, Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt now. Ask us about other cities.
Is my information safe?
We use one-time sign-in codes instead of passwords, verify payments with the provider, and keep a record of every order and credit.

Designs that fail inspection or are rejected by our team are returned as account credit. Cash refunds to the original payment method are handled case by case through our payment provider.
Ownership
You may use your approved design for your business, including on printed items. Sample designs on this site are for illustration only.

Printing and courier services are provided by partner companies. Dates are estimates and we update you if anything changes.
Privacy
We use your answers to design and deliver your order. We do not sell your information. Sign-in codes expire quickly and are never stored in readable form.
